    • Customer must make an unboxing video to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customized Products:
    • No returns or refunds are accepted for customized products.
  • Refund Process:
    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Provide the unboxing video and order details.
    • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 Days
    • We cover return shipping costs only for products that were damaged upon arrival; for all other returns, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
  • Exceptions:
    • Damaged or defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
