- Return Eligibility:
- Returns and Refunds are only possible within 1-2 Days of delivery.
- Customer must make an unboxing video to be eligible for a refund.
- Customized Products:
- No returns or refunds are accepted for customized products.
- Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide the unboxing video and order details.
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 Days
- We cover return shipping costs only for products that were damaged upon arrival; for all other returns, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
- Exceptions:
- Damaged or defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Right to Refuse:
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not comply with this policy.
